In therapy sessions with Jasmine, clients can expect an eclectic treatment style tailored to their unique needs and goals. She understands that what works for one person may not work for another and is flexible in adapting her approach accordingly. Jasmine values building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients and creates a warm and welcoming environment, incorporating soft lighting and maintaining a relaxed and relatable demeanor.

Outside of her professional life, Jasmine enjoys writing books for young adults, playing video games, reading, learning new crafts, traveling, and spending quality time with loved ones. She is also the co-owner of Prism of Hope Counseling LLP, operating under Harbor Serenity LLC

Jasmine is a compassionate and dedicated Independently Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Ohio, bringing five years of experience in the mental health field to her practice. She has worked in various settings, offering individual, couples, family, and group therapy services.

With a focus on trauma-informed care and trauma treatment, Jasmine specializes in working with children ages 5+, adolescents, and adults. She is trained in a wide range of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-Informed), Principles of Radically Open-DBT, Solution-focused Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Rumination Focused-CBT, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Experiential Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Collaborative Therapy, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy (Level 1 trained), Soon to be IFS-informed trained and Gottman informed for couples therapy.

Jasmine believes in a holistic approach to counseling, viewing clients through a systems-based lens rather than solely focusing on behavior.
